Lets Plan the Future of DeKalb
The DeKalb County Comprehensive Plan is a strategic planning effort involving county leadership, departments, non-profits, local businesses, emergency services, utility providers, and the broader community. It will shape future investment and development in DeKalb for years to come. As development interest in the community grows, it is crucial that the comprehensive plan reflects the goals and interests of current residents and business owners and serves as a tool to guide the future DeKalb desires.

In the coming months DeKalb County will be hosting several in-person and online engagement opportunities asking residents, businesses, and visitors to provide input and help guide land use, transportation, and economic development strategies.
Online Workshop
DeKalb County previously held an online survey and hosted two public in-person workshops on Thursday, March 6th and Thursday, April 3rd. If you missed both in-person workshops, we are providing a chance to give your input online. DIY Workshop
