We are dedicated to maintaining transparency throughout this process. As we progress, we will regularly share key documents, including meeting summaries, public engagement reports, the existing conditions report, and drafts of the comprehensive plan.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee serves as the leadership team for the comprehensive plan process. They guide the direction, advocate for the plan, and represent a diverse cross-section of the county.
Public Workshops
Two in-person public workshops were held to gather community input on land use, local assets and opportunities, community needs, and other key topics.
Focus Groups
The first round of focus group meetings were held on March 06 for Agribusiness, Utilities, Transportations and Infrastructure, Economic Development and Housing.
Existing Conditions Report
A summary of existing conditions that includes base maps of the study area, and a narrative summary of existing community character, the built environment, natural features, and related information.

The second round of focus group meetings were held on April 03 for Philanthropy, Youth, Quality of Life/Place and Land Use.
